At Mirage Blinds Spares, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related queries.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including any available tracking information.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

4. Tracking
If your delivery includes tracking, details will be emailed to you once the item has been dispatched.
Tracked services are typically used for larger or higher-value orders.
5. Delivery Issues & Undelivered Items
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at mirageblindsspares@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and update you as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
